This week, Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine reported that Pennsylvania has been successful at significantly flattening the curve of COVID-19 cases. The fatality rate for COVID-19 in the commonwealth is currently 2.2%. Original modeling showed likely infections of about 60,000 by mid-April – before we started flattening the curve. We currently have 29,441 confirmed cases. Read more
