In the wake of Tuesday’s mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Texas, Pa. state Rep. Darisha Parker is frustrated with the lack of action by the legislature when it comes to moving bills that would address the growing #GunViolence in Philadelphia and other communities across the Commonwealth.
