Dear Neighbor,

Mass transit agencies across PA are preparing for fare increases and service cuts due to a lack of state funding for public transit.

This isn’t a choice they make lightly or on a whim, they’ve been sounding the alarm for a while and while they are the first to feel the impact of the lack of funding, it will affect the whole state.

I voted THREE TIMES last year to deliver funding for transit agencies that people across the state heavily rely on, but Senate Republicans refused to take it up for a vote.

This isn’t just a city issue; the impact will be felt across the state as mass transit agencies are unable to create new jobs or buy building materials here in PA. Our economy will suffer at a time where we are already struggling.

This will only serve to exacerbate that by severing connections to work and school. The Senate Republicans are robbing people of their livelihood.

We’re going to keep fighting to fund mass transit, because it keeps PA moving forward.

Sincerely,

Reproductive Rights are Human Rights

Proud to stand with my Pennsylvania House Democratic colleagues to tell everyone that women's healthcare is safe in PA! We stand by women and will fight to keep healthcare between us and our doctors!

Reproductive rights are human rights and we stand with Planned Parenthood!

Fighting against gun violence

I joined my colleagues, CeaseFirePA and many Pennsylvanians who are tired of senseless gun violence at the state Capitol. We demand commonsense gun safety laws like safe storage. Too many lives lost and graduations missed, we must act now.
