Dear Neighbor,
To all our constituents and partners, thank you for making my first 100 days in office as successful as possible for Cumberland and Dauphin counties. We look forward to continuing our work but want to take a quick moment to reflect on our community’s successes in the first 100 days together!

Reopening the Lemoyne District Office

In an open house event, state Rep. Davidson and his dedicated staff welcomed community members to the newly reopened District Office. “Delivering constituent services for our community is job number one,” Rep. Davidson said. “I’m happy to open our District Office and make my staff available to residents of Cumberland and Dauphin for any state and local issues they need assistance with – whether it’s property tax rebates or veterans’ benefits claim, our office is open and ready to help.”
At the District Office, constituents can receive assistance with:
- Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program: Helping seniors and eligible individuals apply for the state’s rebate program.

Legislating for Pennsylvania
|
Rep. Davidson’s legislative agenda has already made significant strides in addressing key community concerns. Notable legislative actions include:
- Extending Civil Statute of Limitations for Childhood Sexual Assault Survivors: This legislation would provide a statutory two-year window to justice for childhood sexual abuse survivors, waiving sovereign and governmental immunity retroactively to allow survivors to seek justice against the Commonwealth and local agencies. Additionally, we introduced a joint resolution aimed at amending the Pennsylvania Constitution to give survivors a two-year period to file previously time-barred claims.
- Lands Situate: This bill would authorize the Department of General Services to grant certain lands situated in Harrisburg’s City to the Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority.
- Establishing Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program in Pennsylvania: This legislation would ensure equitable access to water, safeguard public health, and strengthen community stability by providing assistance to households and grants to service providers.
- Bipartisan First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit: This bill would provide a 25% realty transfer tax credit for qualifying individuals who are either new residents of the Commonwealth or current residents who have not purchased a home in the previous five years.
