Frank Burdell is an experienced manager and analyst with a background in federal consulting, political analytics, and campaign management. Previously, he has led analytic projects with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs and U.S. Department of Energy measuring workforce capacity, media performance, and strategic outcomes. Additionally, at the U.S. House of Representatives, he developed employee surveys and automated product testing suites. His political work has contributed to voter modeling, election forecasting, and strategic political operations for municipal, state, and federal elections.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Virginia. In his free time, he can be found enjoying the mountains and rivers of central Pennsylvania.
Colleen Nguyen is passionate about strengthening her community in Pennsylvania's capital region. Born and raised in Cumberland County, PA, where she currently lives with her husband and three children, she has been working to improve the lives of working families for many years. A firm believer in giving back, Colleen also co-organizes a summer camp for children with type 1 diabetes.
Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arcadia University and has contributed to numerous community initiatives, from local school board projects to broader efforts impacting the state legislature and US Congress. In her free time, she enjoys thrift store shopping, Disney theme parks, Star Wars, musical theater, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
Sierra Kamara is a dedicated advocate for underserved communities with a strong background in comparative policy research and legislative affairs. Originally from Middletown, PA, where she currently resides with her twin boys, Sierra’s time in Philadelphia cemented her passion for community engagement and policy-driven change. She has previously served as a Legislative Intern for the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus where she played a key part in facilitating and presenting comprehensive policy research. She also served as Constituent Services Intern for former State Representative Donna Bullock, where she worked closely with constituents to address their needs and concerns, further strengthening her commitment to public service.
Sierra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Public Policy from Temple University, all while embracing the joys and challenges of new motherhood.
