Dec. 13 e-mail: Winter Updates & Holiday Safety Tips

Office Hours Today & Coat Drive Reminder

Unfortunately, my office will not be able to accommodate walk-in hours today, Dec. 13, due to being short-staffed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Normal walk-in hours will resume on Monday, Dec. 16.
However, friendly reminder that today is the last day of my office's coat drive. If you have coats to donate, you can still drop them off in the donation bin located by the back door off the parking lot. Thank you for helping us keep our community warm this winter!

My Home Care Workforce Bill Now Law

The New SEPTA app is almost here!

As part of ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience and provide enhanced information and travel tools, SEPTA is introducing a new mobile app.  The app is currently in beta testing, and SEPTA is inviting riders to participate in the final development by testing the app and providing feedback.  Improvements and updates will be made to the app based on feedback from riders in the beta phase before the app is released.

During this phase, app users must opt in to test the new SEPTA Mobile App as it will not be automatically available in the Apple or Google Play stores. Full instructions on how to download the Beta version of the app are available at https://wwww.septa.org/app/.

NOTE: The current SEPTA app and the new beta version cannot be active on the same phone at the same time.

Holiday Safety Tips
