Delaware and Philadelphia counties have one of the biggest populations of Liberians in America. I am grateful for his time and insights, and I truly appreciate his dedication to fostering international connections. Thank you, Speaker Koffa, for sharing your vision for the relationship between the United States and Liberia with me!
