This week in Harrisburg!
This week we passed legislation that would establish the Maternal and Newborn Supply Kit Program within the Department of Health, help people get health insurance coverage or improve their coverage and provide schools with funds to provide feminine hygiene products to students. The Links Incorporated visited the Capitol for their first Day of Action and rallied with Rep. La’Tasha Mayes and I for the Senate to pass the CROWN Act. Former Capitol police officer Harry Dunn and former Sergeant Aquilino Gonell visited the House and we recognized and thanked them for their service and heroism in defense of our democracy on Jan. 6, 2021. To see more of what happens when I’m in Harrisburg follow me across all platforms @repmcclinton.
