ABOUT THE EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES CAUCUS

The bipartisan Emerging Technologies Caucus, organized and created by Rep. Napoleon Nelson in spring 2021, enables members of the PA House of Representatives to follow the latest policy and regulatory developments, educate colleagues and committees, and develop and pass legislation that advances tech innovation while supporting responsible growth for these new markets. The duties of the caucus, Nelson said, include providing reasonable regulations and transparency that are critical to protecting the people of Pennsylvania while still attracting and retaining entrepreneurs
