Healing Racial Trauma: Where Do We Begin?
On Thursday, April 21st, from 6:00–7:15 PM, we will explore “Healing Racial Trauma: Where Do We Begin?” Our prestigious panelists, includes, State Representative Gina H. Curry, Judge Cheryl McCabe-Stroman, who has worked with Truancy and Criminal Courts, Rev. Carolyn C. Cavaness, Pastor of Bethel AME Church of Ardmore, Kimberly Arnold, Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at Penn, and DaVeda J. Graham, mother of 5, who oversees Nurses United for Change and Equity, a nonprofit focusing on improving health disparities affecting underserved populations.
Five strong women from various fields will share their viewpoints on this very important topic via zoom at 989-646-5252.
Lawana Scales, who Co-Chairs Child Guidance Resource Centers’ DEI Council, will facilitate the discussion.
