Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Green Light-Go Program reimburses municipalities for improvements to existing traffic signals

FOX CHAPEL, Aug. 14 – Fox Chapel Borough will receive $204,918 to update traffic equipment, state Rep. Mandy Steele, D-Allegheny, announced.
“With this grant, we can continue to improve our infrastructure along Fox Chapel Road and Field Club Road,” Steele said. “By updating traffic signal equipment, we will improve the safety of both our drivers and pedestrians.”
The project in Fox Chapel is one of 77 projects to receive funding from PennDOT’s Green Light-Go Program. Additional information is available here.
