Honoring a 50-year volunteer firefighter
I was thrilled to present a House citation to Lou Costanzo, who has volunteered as a firefighter for 50 years. He currently volunteers with Southern Allegheny Valley Emergency Services and serves as assistant chief of the Sharpsburg District.
Sometimes it feels like there aren’t many heroes left, but walk into your local fire station and you’ll see them.
Thank you, Lou, for showing up for us for 50 years.
