Pa. state Rep. Manny Guzman held his 4th annual Thanksgiving Resource Fair in the heart of his district in downtown Reading. There was access to state related resources like LIHEAP, unemployment, and PennDOT as well as a chance to receive a free Thanksgiving Day turkey, just in time for the holidays.
