Solomon: Philly Needs the Roosevelt Blvd. Subway

Citing studies projecting over 78,000 daily riders, PA state Rep. Jared Solomon says now is the time to get the Roosevelt Blvd. Subway Project moving. The proposed 12-mile extension of the existing Broad St. Line, and 1 mile extension of the Market-Frankford Line would converge at Bustleton Station, providing access to jobs, healthcare, and educational opportunities.
