In November 2024, the residents of the 126th Legislative District made a transformative choice by electing Jacklyn Rusnock as their state representative. A passionate and accomplished educator, Rusnock devoted nearly a decade to teaching dental sciences at the Reading Muhlenberg Career & Technology Center. Through her work, she has shaped the next generation of compassionate and skilled dental professionals, fostering both technical expertise and a commitment to patient care. Her influence extends far beyond the classroom, as she has taken an active role in mentoring local youth. As a commissioner and coach for the Muhlenberg Township Athletic Association’s girls' basketball and softball programs, Rusnock instills values of teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship—qualities that resonate deeply within the community.
