Rep. Rozzi and Chris Kaag, founder of IM ABLE, presented the bike to Steve Kreitz, of Wernersville, who lost his leg in a fishing accident. The IM Able Foundation works to remove obstacles that prevent people with disabilities from being physically active, using grants, donations and sponsorships to provide equipment to people with physical or cognitive challenges.
