State Rep. Manuel Guzman will host a tour and media opportunity to discuss The PA Rescue Plan, opportunity zones and their role in revitalizing downtowns across the state.
The tour will begin at 1 p.m. Monday, May 10 at City Hall, 815 Washington St., Reading, PA 19601.
