Pa. state Rep. Peter Schweyer, Majority Chairman of the House Education Committee, was presented with the Friend of Penn State Legislative Award during PSU's Capitol Day in Harrisburg. Schweyer, a graduate of Penn State, thanked the students for their advocacy and says he will continue fighting to invest in higher education so other students have an opportunity to succeed like he did.
