Rep. Mike Schlossberg June 21, 2022 | 9:24 AM
Pa. state Rep. Mike Schlossberg knows there are huge challenges for counties facing behavioral health related issues. In 2011, about $81 million was cut from county mental health service providers. This year, he says that the state is in a position to bring that funding back to those same levels. With a multi-billion dollar surplus, he is proposing to add $100 million to mental health line items to make up for this lost time and funding.
