Pashinski ready to continue his work for his community in Wilkes-Barre

HARRISBURG, Jan. 7 – State Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski was sworn in to begin his 10th term representing the 121st District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives during a noon ceremony at the state Capitol.

“I want to sincerely thank everyone in the 121st District for their continued support in allowing me to represent them in Harrisburg,” said Pashinski. “Today’s oath is a renewal of my pledge to do all I can to address the needs and concerns of all my constituents – a responsibility I do not take lightly. It is truly an honor for me to serve in this capacity, and I want to reiterate my philosophy and commitment to representing everyone in our district – I look forward to listening and working to improve life for everyone in the years ahead.”

This is the 209th Legislative Session and each of the state House members sworn in today represents approximately 64,000 residents.

The oath of office was administered by Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Debra Todd and the invocation was given by Bishop Maureen L. Davis, who has a Doctor of Ministry.
