Pashinski’s outreach event helps residents fill out PTRR applications

HARRISBURG, April 19 – Residents of the 121st Legislative District attended a legislative outreach event at South View Manor hosted by state Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski.

Pashinski and his office staff assisted people with filling out Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program applications and helped with any other issues they had.

“The expanded Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program was one of the many big changes my colleagues and I voted for during the previous budget season,” said Pashinski. “We knew that going into that change, it was going to be imperative that we as legislators would need to boost that important information to our communities. I am proud that this has been one of many events we have held for this purpose, and we look forward to continuing these services as well as other services, including the state’s prescription assistance programs, PACE and PACENET, PennDOT’s Yellow Dot Program, unclaimed property searches, and more.”

This was the fourth Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program outreach event that Pashinski and his staff held in his legislative district. Two more events are planned for the following two Thursdays.

Pashinski said he and his office are visiting apartment complexes to help those who may have difficulty getting to his office. Additionally, he said that he would like to start holding these events annually so residents can continue to get the support they need from his office.
