HARRISBURG, Nov. 19 – State Rep Eddie Day Pashinski, D-Luzerne, today announced that two projects in his district were approved by the Commonwealth Financing Authority for $850,000 in grants.
“Today’s investment through the CFA grant programs are important local infrastructure projects that are critical to the economic development and public safety in my district,” Pashinski said. “I’m pleased that my district can use this important state funding to upgrade sidewalks and trails so our residents can utilize recreational paths and live more productive lives.”

The Commonwealth Financing Authority was established in 2004 as an independent agency of the Department of Community and Economic Development and holds fiduciary responsibility over the funding of programs and investments made through several state grant programs.
