Pa. state Rep. Ed Neilson encourages anyone, but especially those living in Philadelphia, to come out to the Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area. He says that people from all across the world come to watch the migratory birds travel through Pa. He thinks it's a great way to see nature up close and personal.
