Pa. state Rep. Kyle Mullins says his Keystone Saves legislation would help ensure a secure and dignified retirement for Pennsylvania’s workers. Mullins points out that as many as 2 million Pennsylvanians lack access to retirement savings at work. That lack of retirement savings will force many to rely on social service programs, which could cost taxpayers billions. Mullins says Keystone Saves is a plan rooted in fiscal responsibility with no risk to Pa. taxpayers.
