I'm urging sportsmen to make their voices heard on the official start of rifle deer hunting season through an online survey.
The Pennsylvania Game Commission will be voting on a proposal on April 7 that would make a permanent change to the start of rifle deer season, from the Monday after Thanksgiving to the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
You will see three options regarding the beginning of rifle deer season, as well as an area to post any additional comments, concerns, or suggestions you may have.
