I’m proud to announce that the State Office of the Fire Commissioner has awarded more than $229,000 in new grants to our local fire and EMS departments. This funding will help support our first responders so they can continue protecting our communities.

I recently met with PA Fish and Boat Commission Executive Director Tim Schaeffer at the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg to discuss ice safety, combating abandoned boats in our waterways, trout stocking, and more!

The Department of Revenue has launched a new Fast File program to offer a free and quick way for select Pennsylvanians to file their PA Personal Income Tax Return (PA-40).

The goal of Fast File is to provide a streamlined online option for taxpayers with a simple PA return, helping them meet their tax obligations while avoiding the cost of other tax-filing services.

Roughly 100,000 Pennsylvania taxpayers will be getting letters from DOR about the program.
