Small Business Resources/Updates

Business resources in the state’s COVID-19 Guide

The Department of Labor and Industry has issued guidance for PA employees impacted by COVID-19. Workers who are unable to work because of COVID-19 may be eligible for Unemployment Compensation benefits or Workers’ Compensation benefits. Information is now available on the department's website:

The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) has created a resource page to assist businesses impacted by COVID-19 at:

This page will be updated as information is released by the Governor and programs or funding to assist businesses become available. The site contains links to various agencies, departments, and authorities that can assist small businesses.

DCED has also a set-up a customer service number, 1-866-466-3972, as well as a COVID-19 specific e-mail address where businesses can send questions: ra-dcedcs@pa.gov

Behavioral Health Resources

The Support & Referral Helpline is staffed by skilled and compassionate caseworkers who will be available 24/7 to counsel Pennsylvanians struggling with anxiety and other challenging emotions due to the COVID-19 emergency and will refer them to community-based resources that can further help to meet individual needs. The toll-free, round-the-clock support line is 1-855-284-2494.
