While the office of president or Pennsylvania governor isn’t on the ballot, there is still an important election this fall for local offices as well as statewide judges, and I wanted to ensure you had all the information needed to prepare.
The Municipal Election is Nov. 2, 2021. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.
The last day to register to vote is Oct. 18. REGISTER ONLINE HERE. You can also go online to check your registration status.
The last day to request a mail-in or absentee ballot is Oct. 26. APPLY FOR A MAIL-IN OR ABSENTEE BALLOT HERE.
Visit VotesPA.com or vote.pa.gov – both addresses work, though the latter is the new “official” web address – for all the information you’ll need ahead of this or any other election.
For Montgomery County voters, you can find information about the 2021 General Election through this link.
For Philadelphia County voters, you can find information about the 2021 General Election through this link.
I also advise anybody concerned about election security to read about fortified voting system defenses, post-election audits and other protections.
If you have questions, contact your local election officials.
Lastly, be a champion of democracy and become a poll worker! Find out how through this link.
