Cepeda-Freytiz announces new office hours to support veterans

WYOMISSING, June 6 – State Rep. Johanny Cepeda-Freytiz, D-Berks, announced additional office hours at her district office located at 1111 Penn Ave., Wyomissing starting on June 10 for veterans services.

The district office will host representatives of Disabled American Veterans every other Monday from 9 a.m. to noon.

“We care about our veterans and want to make sure we create spaces where they can access services; this initiative is designed to ensure that our veterans receive the support and assistance they deserve,” said Cepeda-Freytiz. “DAV representatives will be available to address various veteran-related concerns, including benefits, health care, and resources for reintegration into civilian life. My office providing direct access to DAV services will make it easier for veterans and their families to get the help they need.”
