Burns to host holiday open houses in his local offices next week

EBENSBURG, Dec. 11 – State Rep. Frank Burns, D-Cambria, is inviting area residents to two holiday open houses he will host next week in his local offices.

Both open houses will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 pm., with the Ebensburg office hosting Thursday, Dec. 19, and the Johnstown office hosting Friday, Dec. 20.

“I invite my constituents to come out and join me for a holiday open house,” Burns said. “I regularly knock on doors throughout the district to meet and talk with residents and listen to their concerns, and this is another opportunity for me to hear directly from the people I represent.

“To sweeten the deal a little, both figuratively and literally, cookies and punch will be served.”

In addition to the light refreshments, Burns’ staff will be on hand to answer any state program-related questions and provide information on a variety of services offered by the state.

Burns’ offices are located at 123 W. High St. in Ebensburg and 535 Fairfield Ave. in Johnstown.
