The application period for the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program for property taxes and rent paid in 2025 is now open. This rebate means money back in the pockets of qualifying Montgomery County residents ages 65 and up and individuals with disabilities. Need assistance with the application process? We're holding a Property Tax/Rent Rebate application assistance event on Tuesday, Feb. 3, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at our offices at 240 W. Germantown Pike in East Norriton Township (610-270-1150) and 2000 Bustard Road in Worcester Township (610-222-3490). Bring the following documents with you to our office: Your ID or a document showing proof of your age and/or permanent disability, Proof of income from 2025, Proof of paid real estate taxes (homeowners) or rent (renters) paid in 2025.
