Meeting with our Youth Leaders

It was great to meet with members of Keystone Boys State, including Ziyad from Franklin Park, Evan from State College, and Abe from Ben Avon, as they visited the Capitol to learn about and engage with state government.

Recognizing our Local Indian Community – and other Community Updates

Veena and I were honored to join leaders from the Pittsburgh Indian Community & Friends (PIC5K) as they were recognized for their support of the Homeless Children's Education Fund at the I Am Gala. Thank you to PIC5K for their efforts to rally the Indian community to give back to our region and the Homeless Children’s Education Fund for their critical work.

We also attended the Mattress Factory’s gala, recognizing this amazing fine arts institution of our region. Thank you to the artists, leadership, and staff for all they do to ennoble our community with their thought-provoking work.

Congratulations to North Allegheny Boys Volleyball!

The North Allegheny Boys Volleyball team recently won the PIAA 3A Championship, completing an undefeated season and marking their 10th state championship. Congratulations!
