HARRISBURG, Oct. 3 – State Rep. Greg Scott, D- Montgomery, was appointed to the PA House Labor and Industry Committee on Monday, Oct. 2.
“I am honored to have been appointed by Speaker Joanna McClinton to the House Labor and Industry Committee, I am eager to begin engaging in conversation with my fellow committee members about raising the minimum wage, establishing an RCO, and get started on the people's business." Scott said. “We will fight for workers' rights and consider legislation to ensure that Pennsylvania workers receive the compensation, benefits, and protections to which they are entitled and deserve."
In addition to the House Labor and Industry Committee, Scott also serves on the Finance, Gaming Oversight, Insurance, and Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness committees.
