Pennsylvanians in need of energy assistance are encouraged to apply to the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for 2022-2023 winter heating season. Everyone should be able to keep warm during the coldest months of the year, and LIHEAP is a true security blanket for those who are in need.
