Safe at Home is a package of bills introduced by the House Democratic Housing Working Group to help renters, homeowners in debt and small “mom and pop” landlords survive the COVID-19 pandemic – and thrive when the crisis is over.

We will not stand by and watch tens of thousands of Pennsylvanians be pushed out of their homes. The health and economic consequences of the pandemic continue and we are doubly committed to keeping people in their homes. The federal government has failed to act to make sure homeowners, renters and small landlords can maintain their property. Mass foreclosures and evictions would be catastrophic for Pennsylvania: our families and our economy.

It's time to act.
