Property Tax/Rent Rebate Assistance

Thousands of PA seniors are newly eligible to apply for a rebate. The offices of State Senator Maria Collett and State Rep. Melissa Cerrato are here to help through our PTRR pop-up clinic at the Club House!

Please be sure to bring the following:

Any proof of income from 2023.
Property tax proof of payment from the township from 2023.
Rent certificate from Neshaminy Falls office.
Photo ID OR proof of disability (first time filers only).
