Webster announces grant for Farm, Home and Youth Foundation of Montgomery County

HARRISBURG, Jan. 6 – State Rep. Joe Webster announced that the Farm, Home and Youth Foundation of Montgomery County was awarded a $25,000 matching grant for a capital improvement project to fix the roof of the 4-H center.

The matching grant was included in about $500,000 in Ag and Youth Grants awarded by the Department of Agriculture to 55 projects around the state.

“The 4-H Center in Skippack provides space for local 4-H programs and activities that expand our kids’ horizons and teach them valuable skills. I’m pleased to see the Farm, Home and Youth Foundation receive this grant to help complete necessary building repairs,” said Webster, D-Montgomery.
