Pa. state Rep. Tarik Khan voices his support for an anti intimidation bill that unanimously passed the House and is now on its way to the state Senate. The bill would create an efficient process to quickly dismiss SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) lawsuits based upon protected speech and would also allow defendants to recover costs and fees related to the action.
