While PA House Democrats are working to rein in Big Tech, the PA Senate is introducing bills to bring in MORE data centers – Pennsylvanians deserve better.

The House has passed nine bipartisan measures over to the state Senate to hold Big Tech accountable. These bills would protect Pennsylvanians’ health and the environment, reduce utility costs, create more transparency, make Big Tech pay their fair share and empower local communities to make their own decisions when it comes to data centers moving in. Out of the nine bills sent over, only ONE bill made it into law.
