Schweyer on Needing to Expand Student Teacher Stipends

Chairman of the House Education Committee state Rep. Peter Schweyer spoke on the need to expand the Student Teacher Stipend Program here in the commonwealth. Schweyer says that with the overwhelming demand from applicants and the growing teacher shortage, the need to expand is a must not a want.
