Brown: Shapiro’s Budget Proposal is Good for Philly

PA state Rep. Amen Brown applauds Governor Josh Shapiro’s state budget plan that promises to invest in the people and communities of the commonwealth. The Governor’s plan would bring funding increases for education, public transit, veterans programs and violence prevention.
