PA state Rep. Chris Rabb voices his support for legislation that promises to bring clean energy projects and the federal funding to implement them into the commonwealth. Rabb says that this bill, similar to his own green bank legislation, would create extraordinary opportunity to focus on the type of energy we desperately need while also addressing the current climate crisis. Rabb has also introduced legislation that would require Pennsylvania to transition to 100% renewable energy by the year 2050.
