On Monday, July 29 at 1 p.m., the House Majority Policy Committee will convene a hearing to discuss the rise of short-term rental properties and its impact on tourism and housing availability in Pennsylvania. Members will hear from tourism organizations, housing advocacy groups and a local short-term rental property owner. The hearing will take place at Goodwill, 118 52nd St., Pittsburgh, PA 15201.
