McClinton to host Policy Committee hearing on Ending the Pipeline to Prison Thursday in Philadelphia

State Rep. Joanna McClinton, D-Phila., will host a House Democratic Policy Committee public hearing on Ending the Pipeline to Prison in Pennsylvania 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 18 at the Richard Allen Preparatory Charter School, Library, 2601 S. 58th St., Philadelphia.
