Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry: Pennsylvania Nursing Pathway Apprenticeship Industry Partnership (Funding Source: Federal Funding)
Who May Apply: Pennsylvania local workforce development boards.
Use: To support the convening of Nursing Pathway Apprenticeship Industry Partnerships in lower moderate-income communities and guide the development and registration of healthcare apprenticeship programs, with emphasis on nursing occupations, through group sponsorships.
Funds: Up to $260,000.

Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency: 2022 Assessing Racial & Ethnic Disparities (R/ED) in Pennsylvania’s Criminal Justice System (Funding Source: Federal Funding)
Who May Apply: Higher education institutions (public/not-for-profit), nonprofit organizations, and for-profit institutions (i.e., consulting firms).
Use: To recruit a qualified research entity that will conduct a statewide qualitative assessment of Pennsylvania’s criminal justice system to analyze levels of R/ED based on quantitative analysis completed by PCCD’s research staff.

Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission Boating Facility Grant: December 31, 2022 (Funding Source: Boat Fund)
- Public entities, such as townships, boroughs, municipal and county governments, as well as nonprofit groups (501c3) including land trusts, conservancies and watershed associations that have or will have the capability to provide boat access facilities that are open and available for general public use. - To provide funding for the planning, acquisition, development, expansion and rehabilitation of public boating facilities located on the waters of the Commonwealth.
DHS Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Quality Improvement Program: December 31, 2022 or until funds are expended (Funding Source: Federal Funding)
- An entity enrolled with the Department’s OLTL as a Medical Assistance provider type 59 and have a signed OLTL-HCBS Waiver Agreement and be actively rendering services to participants in the CHC or OBRA waiver programs or both as of the date of May 1, 2022. - To help HCBS providers implement projects to improve the quality of services provided to individuals in the CHC and the OBRA waiver programs.
DEP Small Business Advantage Grant Program: March 24, 2023 or until funds are exhausted (Funding Source: Recycling Fund & Hazardous Sites Cleanup Fund)
- Registered Pennsylvania for-profit businesses with 100 or fewer full-time equivalent employees and which are taxed as a for-profit business. - To purchase energy efficient or pollution prevention equipment, or adopt waste reduction processes. Examples of eligible projects include HVAC and boiler upgrades, high-efficiency LED lighting, digital X-ray equipment, solvent recovery systems, water and waste recycling processes, auxiliary power units (APUs), and agricultural BMPs. Projects must save the small business a minimum of $500 and at least 25% annually in energy consumption or pollution related expenses. Natural resource protection projects must quantify the reduction of nitrogen, phosphorus and sediment loadings reaching the receiving waterway.
DEP Alternative Fuel Vehicle Rebates: Until funds are expended. (Funding Source: Alternative Fuels Incentive Grants Fund)
- Pennsylvania residents who purchase/lease a new or used alternative fuel vehicle with a purchase price of $50,000 or less. Businesses are not eligible. - To defray costs of purchasing a battery electric vehicle (BEV), hydrogen fuel cell vehicle (HFCV), plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, electric motorcycle, natural gas vehicle, or propane vehicle.
DHS Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP): No Deadline Provided (Funding Source: Federal Funding)
- Households that are in emergency situations maintain essential water access. Crisis situations include: past-due water bills; termination of water service; or, threat of termination of water service in the next 60 days. - To help families who have overdue water bills or at risk of losing water service for their home.

- Owner-occupied homeowners who experienced a financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic after January 21, 2020. - To assist Pennsylvania homeowners facing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
