Rep. Bridget M. Kosierowski October 6, 2023 | 3:31 PM
HARRISBURG, Oct. 6 – Improvements are on the way to a community park in Greenfield Township thanks to $60,000 in new funding from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, state Rep. Bridget Kosierowski announced today.
“This grant will allow the township to install play equipment with safety surfacing, ensure access for people living with disabilities, add landscaping and make other site improvements. It’s always nice when residents directly benefit from state funding, and this is just one example of that happening in our area,” said Kosierowski, D-Lackawanna.
Kosierowski said the grant was awarded under the Community Conservation Partnership Program.
