During a House Health Committee hearing, Pa. state Rep. Stephen Kinsey spoke out about a bias report that says transgender youth shouldn't be encouraged to chose their preferred sex. The report came about because of Medicare-covered gender affirmation care. Kinsey's issue is that the report's main source was a discredited testifier and it's not based on science.
