Pa. state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta joined fellow legislators and community pharmacy owners to celebrate new legislation that will better regulate the practices of Pharmacy Benefit Managers, or PBMs. The new law gives consumers more access and better prices for the medications they need while also leveling the playing field for local pharmacies to compete with the big chain pharmacies.
