Pennsylvania Department of Human Services: Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Quality Improvement Program (Funding Source: Federal Funding)
Who May Apply: An entity enrolled with the Department’s OLTL as a Medical Assistance provider type 59 and have a signed OLTL-HCBS Waiver Agreement and be actively rendering services to participants in the CHC or OBRA waiver programs or both as of the date of May 1, 2022.
Use: To help HCBS providers implement projects to improve the quality of services provided to individuals in the CHC and the OBRA waiver programs.
Funds: Up to $40,000 in funding.

Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency: 2022 Body-Worn Camera (BWC) Policy and Implementation Program (PIP) (Funding Source: Federal Funding)
Who May Apply: Pennsylvania municipalities, regional police departments, county law enforcement agencies with full law enforcement authority, and university police departments with full law enforcement authority.
Use: To support the development and implementation of policies and practices for effective program adoption, and includes factors such as the purchase, deployment, and maintenance of body-worn camera systems and equipment; data storage and access; and privacy considerations.
Funds: Awards up to $200,000. A 1:1 funding match is required.

Use: To support Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training and promote the use of CIT in Pennsylvania communities.

Use: To support collections care, including surveying; inventorying; preserving; arranging; and describing historical records significant to Pennsylvania, as well as for records reformatting and equipment.
Funds: Individual grants will be funded up to $5,000 with no match required. Collaborative grants will allow two organizations to apply jointly for up to $10,000 or three organizations to apply collaboratively for up to $15,000, no match required.

Use: To support organizations which will in turn offer grants of up to $10,000 to individual military veterans for agricultural business needs. The subgrants to veterans can support a diverse range of expenses from food safety and biosecurity planning to equipment, marketing and working capital.
