HARRISBURG, Feb. 22 – State Rep. Danilo Burgos, D-Phila., today announced a grant for $18,700 has been awarded to Deburgos Bilingual Magnet Middle School
The funding comes from the Pennsylvania Department of Education for new food service equipment for school cafeterias. Deburgos Bilingual Magnet Middle School will use the funding it received for indoor walk-in refrigeration.
“It is important that schools are able to provide their students with fresh and healthy foods to consume. This funding awarded for indoor walk-in refrigeration at Deburgos Bilingual Magnet Middle School will do just that for the students,” Burgos said.
